Special Fluid Rose

Why is it special?

The fluid contains four types of natural rose extracts aiming at an overall skin-perfecting effect.

When in contact with the skin, the unique base of the fluid decomposes into microdrops of rose water and a base packed with tonifying extracts. The base creates a protective veil on the skin surface, protecting the skin from dehydration and from damage after exposure to negative environment.

The product has an instant tonifying effect, as it revitalizes the skin and makes it firmer. It is a perfect makeup base.

The fluid contains natural mineral water of Japan’s hot springs. The water has a skin-soothing effect, corrects uneven tone and relieves redness.

When the fluid is applied onto the skin, it first decomposes into rose water and cream base and afterwards it is immediately absorbed by the skin. The skin gets the matte glow, as the fluid visually corrects skin imperfections and improves the quality of the tone. The protective veil feels light, does not leave the skin sticky and greasy after application, which allows to apply makeup immediately after the fluid.

What does the rose mean?

The scent of Damask rose has a relaxing effect, turning the application of the fluid into a spa ritual.

Rose hydrolate, or rose water, is one of the most important components of the product. Rose hydrolate in the fluid formulation is obtained from Damask rose.

Damask, or Taif, rose has always been regarded as a royal garden flower, and to grow it elsewhere had been strictly prohibited for a very long time. Even nowadays the flower is fairly rare, its extracts still being among the most expensive perfume and cosmetic ingredients. Rose petals are harvested in peak bloom, during only 2 months, in May and June. This is done early in the morning, before sunrise, as the concentration of aroma compounds in petals is the highest at dawn. Harvested petals must be distilled before noon.

Rose water is produced through steam distillation of rose petals under high pressure. The production process is very complicated and takes a long time. Rose water keeps all characteristics of the flower itself and is very well known for its cosmetic properties.

Rose petals have been used for centuries to cure wounds as well as to tighten the pores, to relieve inflammation, to stabilize skin sebum production. Also, it is a remedy for wrinkles.

How does it work?

Rose water and rosehip extract are classic anti-aging skincare ingredients.

The Damask rose hydrolate (rose water) moderates the levels of рН, helping keep the physiologically natural acidity. Also, it is characterized by high antibacterial properties and prevents inflammation. The water makes mimic wrinkles less visible, improves skin turgor, contours the face, fights couperose, smooths the skin and refreshes complexion.

Rosehip extract is an essential ingredient, necessary to care for the dry and mature skin. The extract actively stimulates collagen synthesis, lessens the appearance of wrinkles and removes pigmented spots. It is a natural antioxidant, which protects the skin from toxins and negative environment.

Plant-derived skin-soothing extracts facilitate natural regeneration of the damaged skin and prevent inflammation.

The rosa centifolia flower extract contributes to skin regeneration, soothes the skin and speeds up healing. The astringent properties of the extract help reduce the visibility of pores and relieve redness and inflammation. The extract has antiseptic properties and has been successfully used in cosmetology to treat acne and control such skin conditions as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. It speeds up the healing of wounds.

The rosa multiflora flower extract tones the skin and helps tighten the pores. It has a skin-up effect. The extract is used to fight the first signs of aging, works as a perfect hydrator, gives your skin a naturally healthy look and corrects uneven complexion.

How to Use

After cleansing your skin and applying lotion, apply the fluid onto your face, neck and décolleté areas, spreading it from the center outwards.

The product is recommended for daily use. If necessary, the fluid can be applied on all exposed areas of the skin—shoulders, arms, back—to correct uneven tone and to give your skin the matte glow.

Safety Precautions

Do not use with oedema, eczema and other skin problems. If any discomfort or irritation occur, stop using the product and consult your dermatologist.

Make sure to prevent the product from getting into your eyes. If the product has gotten into your eyes, wash it away immediately with plenty of water.

Do not store the product at extremely high or low temperatures, keep away from direct sunlight. Store in places inaccessible for children.
