You may change the frequency and the program of your skincare course, as well as the list of products in the subscription any time before the next shipment is formed.
Basic course includes basic facial, body and hair care products.
Professional course allows you to add popular serums, rich creams and other intensive care products to your basic skincare products.
Regardless of which course you chose when subscribing, you can change it at your own pace on your personal account page on the website, switching from basic course to professional and vice versa.
This subscription has two frequency options: once a month or once every six weeks. You can also change this frequency in your personal account on the website.
All parcels of the subscription will be sent from the company's warehouse nearest to the recipient.

- Subscriptions will be automatically renewed for successive periods and a selected payment method will be automatically charged. You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedures from your profile.
- With respect of subscriptions subject to automatic renewal, you agree that Shiawasedo may submit periodic charges without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you wish to terminate this authorization.
